Grantmaker workspace

Donor Desk access is sales-led.

IWHF scopes every foundation workspace around portfolio size, review model, data boundaries, procurement, and implementation support before quoting.

There is no public checkout for Donor Desk. Foundation, sovereign, corporate philanthropy, and family office teams start with a founder briefing, then receive a written Order Form matched to their grantmaking workflow.

Donor Desk agreements are handled by Order Form. Public founder and operator subscriptions remain self-serve on the Intelligence Desk.

What we scope before quoting

A public price would be misleading because the commercial shape depends on workflow complexity, data posture, and service level.

Grant workflowNumber of programs, active calls, reviewer groups, scoring model, and board-pack requirements.
Data and complianceData residency, applicant privacy, procurement, DPA requirements, SSO, RBAC, and audit trail needs.
Implementation supportOnboarding depth, research analyst coverage, reporting cadence, integrations, and service-level expectations.

Briefing process

01Founder briefing to understand the portfolio thesis and current review workflow.
02Workspace fit map covering applicants, reviewers, reporting, data controls, and integrations.
03Written Order Form with scope, support model, commercial terms, and implementation timeline.
04Procurement, DPA, onboarding, and launch support for the grantmaking team.

What Donor Desk replaces

One specialist platform instead of a generic forms vendor, an RFP consultant, an internal analyst, and a once-every-three-years strategy refresh.

Need subscriber pricing instead?

Founder, NGO, operator, consultant, and academic teams can still buy Intelligence Desk subscriptions on the founder workspace.
